What do the Marketing & Communications teams do?

The Marketing Team at Grubhub acquires and retains diners, corporate clients, restaurants, and drivers. We develop creative campaigns, experiment across different channels, and measure the efficiency and effectiveness of everything we do in order to maximize our return on investment. We optimize performance through tests, measure impact in a scientific way and find new ways to continue high-growth to ensure we sustain great results and well-being for our business and diners. In-house marketing teams support all other marketing functions, operating collaboratively and able to flex based on business needs.

Grubhub’s Communications team is a growing, dynamic team of change makers. The team is integrated across four practices: Communications, Government Relations & Policy, and Sustainability & Impact. This team supports our media relations and communications strategy related to policy, regulation and government relations matters. This team proactively and reactively reinforces Grubhub's reputation and position in the food delivery industry.
